Pennsylvania State Resource Family Association (PSRFA) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

For over 50 years, PSRFA has worked alongside families, agencies, and child welfare professionals to provide education, advocacy, resources, and meaningful connections. We believe that when resource families are supported, children and youth have stronger opportunities to heal, grow, and thrive.
